When considering some of the funniest stuff I have found, a scary amount revolves around nerdy things, like WoW, Star Wars and LoTR (seriously, if you need a translation, you should maybe just skip to the vids). The other night, in a desperate attempt to lighten up the Man (aka husband), I found my top 5 videos and played them, one right after the other. Yes, they totally did the trick but they also made me think of a few more to add to the list! These are not in order of love, just in order of thought. However, if we were to be philosophical we might argue that my sub-conscious has dictated the order due to preference. But I digress!

1. Nothing really compares to Robot Chicken. How can you go wrong? Dolls get more personality and wardrobe then most children! The one I always go back for is the Star Wars Parody #1 (number 2 is coming, we have been promised!). 2. I love when you find something in nature that is just doing it’s job and that job is so ridiculous. Enter in these goats. My favorite part is with the umbrella. Literally, I lose it every time!
3. Jib Jab is a favorite with anyone who has seen it. Even my parents like it. And that is saying something! But the reality is the jabs at Kerry and W are, by far and away, the best.
4. This little girl makes even grown men get all dopey. Her extreme cuteness, along with her logic should get her far in life. Just keep kicking “ask“, sweetie!
5. This one has launched a phrase almost as popular as “that’s what she said”. Yes, it is the Slow Jerk by Whitest Kids U’Know! I always pity those who haven’t experienced this history in the making and demand they watch, if they are being entertained in my home. Because the internet is the cheapest and easiest form of entertainment. And you don’t have to worry about people shushing you. [mature]
6. When instant messaging came on the scene a whole new language emerged. For the under 12 crowd. I know that I show my age when I admit I hate messaging in abbreviations. 7. I love me some doggie dreams. When they whimper, snort and growl in their sleep it warms the cockles of my heart! This video, however, goes beyond warming my innards and jumps right into all out mocking. In a loving way, of course.
8. This is a gem from someone with way too much time on their hands. It is a song about the hobbits being taken to Isengard. It isn’t life changing and you won’t laugh uproariously but you will find yourself singing it often. And if the people in your life are lucky, like mine are, it will happen suddenly and with all seriousness. Then they will realize that you are just a huge nerd and commence ignoring you.
9. I know that one of the reasons I love this video is because I am not a member of PETA. There is a strong possibility that Pamela Anderson and Khloe Kardashian got together to mourn the (CG) cat in this video. But me? Yeah, I am sharing it with anyone who will watch!
10. Originally I found End of the World on eBaum’s. But it seems to have sprouted a life of it’s own with an exclusive website and origin mysteries. The video has been floating around for years with a few other animations, that appear to be from the same author(s). However those aren’t my favorites so they have been shunned. [mature]
